Can they be worn with socks?
While socks aren't required, many parents find that socks help the shoes stay on better, especially for children with narrower feet. The shoes are designed to be comfortable with or without socks.
Can these shoes be machine washed?
Yes, our shoes are machine washable. Use cold water on a gentle cycle and air dry. Do not put them in the dryer as this can affect the shape and durability of the shoes.

What if my child has wide feet?
Cloud Hoppers are designed to accommodate wider feet with their spacious toe box, allowing toes to spread naturally. This helps support balanced movement and avoids the squishing or restriction of your child's feet.
Shipping & Returns
How much is shipping & how long will it take?
Shipping is free on all orders unless otherwise specified at checkout. For extra peace of mind, we also offer insured shipping, which protects your package against damage or loss during transit.
Once you place your order, please allow 2-3 business days for processing. Shipping typically takes around 5 business days, but during high-demand periods, it may take a little longer. We prioritize quality over speed, ensuring every product is carefully inspected before it reaches you.

Can I cancel/change my order?
If this is the case, we ask you to email us as soon as possible. Once your order is fulfilled we unfortunately cannot reverse this process.
How do I return my order?
If your package arrives broken or you receive the wrong product we will send you a replacement free of charge.
If you want to return your package, you can do so within 14 days without reason & free of charge. The package must be in original condition as you received.
To return a package, please contact us by e-mail and read our policy and guide first.
What happens if it says my package has been delivered but it hasn't?
We recommend you contact the supplier and make a claim. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for this and cannot do anything about it. All our packages are sent safely and well-packaged to avoid this.
We will support you in the proces of making a claim with the delivery company.
